Dual Monitors

How can I change the refresh rate on my 2nd monitor? I have 2 CRT's and the refresh rate on my main monitor is 100Mhz, but on my other one it's really low (but I don't know what it is). Anyone know how to change it?

In the CCC there should be 2 blue screens; 1&2. Highlight screen number 2 and then you should be able to change its properties, like refresh rate and res.

Hmm... nothing seems to be changing it.

Now I have another problem. I can't watch full screen videos on the 2nd monitor while I do anything on the 1st monitor. Is there anything I can do? I'm using Real Player, should I use WMP or something?
