Help with IMAP-2004g & Fedora C4

I am trying to get PHP to re-compile with imap support. I have installed imap-2004g in the following manner

cd /usr/local/src
wget <url>imap-2004g.tar.Z
tar - zxf imap-2004g.tar.Z
cd imap-2004g
./make slx
mkdir /www/imap
mkdir /www/imap/lib
mkdir /www/imap/include
cd c-client
cp *.c /www/imap/lib
cp *.h /www/imap/include
cp c-client.a /www/imap/lib/libc-client.a

Next I try to re-compile php using my previous config adding "--with-imap=/www/imap"

The configure fails during the testing of imap. The config.log has a lot of undefined variables dealing with ssl (I think).

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Could you post your config.log?

I got it taken care of, I recompiled imap with SSLTYPE=none and everything seems to work. I wasn't planning on using SSL anyway.
