Settings that will make my system more streamlined?

EDIT- Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum, move to the Memory section if its more relevent there.

http://www.radicalwaste.com/cpuz.htm

The ram is a 1gb generic I got from CompUSA in slot 1, int slots 2 and 3 are two Mushkin 512mb sticks.

Here are the tables for the generic 1gb one (is there a way to tell what kind this is?)

The Table for the two Mushkin sticks:

So are there any recomended settings that will make my system a little more smooth and streamlined? Not looking for any real overclocks, I just want them to run to their full potential.

Well I did change it to 2:1 for DDR400 since thats what my ram is and that made it all run at 200mhz according to CPU-Z.

After updating the bios on my K8VSE Deluxe to 1007.003 and using the same setting the ram is only at 163.8 mhz

There are also alot less options on the memory screen in the bios now. Think Ill reflash back down to 1005 or 1006.

Setting to 200 will underclock it! DDR is 200x2=400MHz and CPU-Z reports the Base speed @ 200 and not the DDR of 2x or 400MHz.
The RAM with the faster timings will default to the slower RAM's timings.
So, you may need to set the RAM to 333 or 266 when OCing the CPU.
I'd try only the faster RAM set @ the slower RAM's timings and check for stability with memtest86 just to be sure it's good to go at those timings.

Well Im not really trying to overclock the CPU right now, just trying to get my Ram optimized.

I didnt really notice that they were different CAS timings before, but that explains the lower speed.

Ive never really messed with timings and stuff before so Im not really sure about all of that stuff. Once I downgrade my bios Ill have the options again, so that might take a few minutes.

If your not OCing the CPU set the RAM to default and not 200.
If you have any stability problems, up the vdimm (RAM voltage) a notch.
