Which memory?!

Thread Starter
I've been thinking about this for a few days and I still can't make a decision. I'm considering either buying a new graphics card or a 2GB set of RAM with some money that I'll me getting from eBay. Now the problem is that I don't know which 2GB kit to choose. Here are two that I've been looking at:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231032
and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231021

The second one runs at DDR500, but has 3-4-4-8 timings, while the first one runs at DDR400 and has 2-3-2-5 timings. Which one would give me more overall performance? Also, is there any other 2GB kit that I should be looking at in the $150-200 range? From what I've seen, these G.Skill kits are the best performance for the money. Suggestions are definately appreciated because I have no idea what to buy!

If you're looking for pure, real-world performance(none of that benchmark crap), then go with the HZ, the DDR500. Mine goes stable up to 275mhz. It's definitely the better choice, especially if you're trying to run as close to 1:1 as possible with a a 2gb set.
