I want to know whats a cheap card for just basically watching anime and what not on my friends new pc.

If all you want the card for is watching videos then almost any relatively modern card will do. I would go with ATI as I have heard that their cards have slightly better image quality though I cannot attest to this myself.

Yeh i have looked at Videos on ATI's and N-vidias myself. The ATI have enhancements 4 video and pics. i find they r better. if u r wondering the card i compared. They were a Radeon 9600 NP 256mb with a Gefore FX5200.

The ATI 9600 is alot better than the 5200

I know but is all i have 2 compare. I would still go with the ATI if u r just watching videos and stuff.
