Prime95 for 12hrs@2.7 and super_pi_mod32 no probs. Temps > cpu max 46 > psupply 50 >case 40........ The stock cooler seems a little loud. Any suggestions on a new one, Quietness and of course good cooling.......

I might keep the cpu at this speed for now so I can start on my Graphics card XFX 7800gt Extreme, just installed a accelero X1 very quiet....... core 450 mem 1050 , any ideas..

Thanks

Charlie

want more speed? you need more vcore. I'm surprised it's running that fast with default vcore....wow.
You could download speedfan and configure it so your fan slows down when not under load.

Hi Everyone,

Just purchased a

OCZ Gold XTC DDR500 PC4000 2048MB Dual Kit w/two PC4000 1024MB DIMMs,CL 3-4-3-8

with the following results:

Cpu 2613
Multiplier 9
HTT 290

vcore 4.75v

Memory Freq: 237.6
Cas Latency: 3
Ras# Cas: 4
Ras# Per: 3
Cycle Time: 7
Command Rate: T1

Mem Core: 2.8v

Can anyone tell me if this the best I can expect from the RAM.......

Is it worth having lower timings with lower Memory Freq:

2-3-2-7 > 188Mhz

Or what I got ..

Thanks

Robert (Charlie)
