Have any of you ever heard or used this kit? Its a Corsair XMS DDR3 2000 9-9-9-24 6GB (3 X 2GB) kit. I bought 2 of them and installed them and had a ton of problems with them until I found that one of my memory modules was flashed with the wrong SPD info (how it happened I have no idea) so 5 of my modules were trying to run at DDR3 2000 w/ 9-9-9-24 latency (not really it's more like 1600 7-7-7-20) and the 6th was running at 1333 9-9-9-24 so they wouldn't play nice together. So a couple of weeks ago I RMA'd one kit with Corsair and I was starting to get fed up with there Customer service telling me 5 days in a row that they were going to mail it out tomorrow (which never happened) until today I call and actually get a ups tracking number and so it's being sent today but now I went to the UPS website and find out that there are 2 packages so I wonder whats in the second package.... I guess I will have to wait to find out but just in case, Anyone looking to buy a 6GB (3 X 2GB) kit of DDR3 2000 w/ 9-9-9-24 latency ram?

Lol I said just in case (you know in case they send me 2 kits in stead of one) because they're sending me 2 boxes. I'm not sure which chips they are because I haven't been able to find anything online anywhere (not even the corsair website) about this kit. The kit part number is in the thread name. As for overclocking, how much higher than DDR3 2000 could you need lol. So before I start to try to sell it let me have a part in hand. I'd say give me 2-3 days to find out for sure whats in box #2 (lol I feel like I'm in a game show now). I'll keep you guys posted on here.

depends on what chips they are samsung, elpida, or psc.
i would easily find out buy running them at known stable speeds and timings fer certain chips.
