Whats faster? Timings or frequency?

Thread Starter
I have my x23800 oc at 2.5Ghz with XMS 1GB kit with divider running at 208 mhz 2-3-3-6 1t and the system is stable. I have also run system at 1/1 mem and 250mhz timings @ 2.5-3-3-6 2t stable. System idles at 32c load at 42c with cpu voltage + .05V. Which is considered the best solution and what would the best way to verify?

The higher frequency will be better, test with 3dmark03 or 3dmark05.

Frequency, but running a 2T Command rate will lower performance quite a bit. If you can get those speeds on a 1T Command rate you'd be the best off.
