Winter is also coming up here, been doing a lot of researching and have some crazy ideas for condensation control to use the air coolers for the rig. We regularly get 20-30 below 0 outside temp, but you get crazy (frozen) condensation on the inside of windows at 68ish. I'm thinking of some kind of sealed case inside a sealed case to keep the inside cold and the condensation occur in the middle air space. Something along the lines of 2 dryer vent hoses, one intake, one exit, to the window, moving subzero air over the puter.
Something is gonna happen, but for now I'm gonna back off the OC because I feel like I'm baking the card and won't have any more PC funds for a month or so.
Another idea is to buy another dual core AMD system, drop the 6850 on it, and stick it in the (very very cold) garage and let it fold so I have a dedicated gaming rig again. I have a dual core athlon 64 system I'm using as an overkill router and ftp server I picked up off craigslist for $40, but it has an agp board.
