Woot on the 40k output, and Woot that Slient is back!

Also I am purching this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813135363

The e-350 was great for a home server but not to drive a 780 for folding.

Carry on guys,

Just how much cpu horsepower is needed to fully realize that gpu's crunching capabilities?

One core for core 17 WUs.  OpenCL only uses one core, driver limitation.  Mind you the faster that one core, the better.

Its looking at 2.0 ghz will put me at 95 percent utilization. With the 350d I am getting 80 % utilization. That is why my points are soo low.

Yeah, I think even my 2.6ghz Ivy bridge is too slow.  Maybe around 3.0ghz+ would get higher more consistent GPU utilization.
