I have provided a ticket number below so that you may submit the GTX 480 for RMA. Once you have submitted the RMA you should receive an approval email within 1-2 business days containing your RMA number and shipping instructions for the product. I have also included a URL that details the submission and RMA process. When submitting the RMA please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If you have any further questions please contact us again.
***** ALSO, with the assistance from my MagLite, you'll see my watercooled 480 unhooked and resting upon my current 9800GX2 for testing via EVGA's request.
I have yet to unhook the water system. i have to figure out a way to connect the lines so my CPU can continue to be cooled. Probably gonna use a barb fitting for temporary. Either way.. funny pic
EDIT: There's a nice thick piece of cardboard in-between both cards, FYI...lol. And no.. there's no stress on the PCIe slot/mobo.Edited by KOBALT - 8/31/11 at 11:12pm
