I know Stu and Eaglesfan had stability issues which hurt us a bit in points but we still had a very strong month, best this year. Hopefully everyone can use May to get everything ironed out and we can have a really strong June.
My rig and I are moved into the fiancees place and have internet so I can fold for the June TC. At most my downtime would be an hour or two while I move to the new apartment, internet is already running there. Ill leave it up to Lutz as the captain and Chew as my proposed replacement to decide who folds for June.

1-2 hour downtime is fine with me smile.gif

Thanks.

Tried to push some more to get a better overclock couldn't find any sort of stability even maxing out VTT and VCCSA in the end. Going to keep messing with it though. In the mean time tweaked my ram a bit to get timings down and that is doing well so hopefully ill have another solid and better overclock for 4.7. I also need to work on getting native linux working.

I was bored while stress testing last night and tracked our stats for the year.

EDIT: Thats a bit small so I attached it also which should give a decent size.

You can also right click -> open new tab to get the larger image for those that can't download at work. thumb.gif

I definitely had a poor month this time around, hoping I got all the kinks worked out... but my PPD has been lower on all units, so I'm going to have to do more testing over the month. :\

Download that driver then follow this:
step1: uncompress the “rtl8712_8188_8191_8192SU_usb_linux_v2.6.x.x.2010xxxx.tar.gz” file.
Code:
tar zxvf rtl8712_8188_8191_8192SU_usb_linux_v2.6.6.0.20100930.tar.gz
step2: make 8712 USB driver module
Code:
make
step3: clean the operation environment
Code:
./clean
step4: insert 8712 USB modules
Code:
insmod 8712u.ko
step5: enable wlan0 interface
Code:
ifconfig wlan0 up
Now linux should be able to find your network card smile.gif

This is where I made it to
Code:
ubuntu@ubuntu:~/rtl8712_8188_8191_8192SU_usb_linux_v2.6.6.0.20110401$ ./clean

I think I tried both and neither worked.

I think I tried the sudo ./clean after I saw the permissions error but Ill try it again.

Skipping the ./clean step didn't work.
