WoW that sux ctr. I have an extra BNIB antec 650watt if it would help.

and i am not sure i will be able to fold on all my clients i just got the 990x done and fired it up but as soon as it was reaching its stride within 5 min of folding it shut off the breaker to half my house so if i want to keep going i am going to need to run geeto extension cords all over my house from different zones to pull from a different breaker lol we will see what the wife says

Maybe stop a GPU, they tend to pull alot, I would think the 990x can make more PPD than any GPU.

I already picked up a new PSU, the 750W I had was a little too small because I wanted to toss my 560Ti in with my 9800GX2 instead of just my GTS450. I picked up an 850W PSU (the same one that's in my Avenger rig) and it'll be going in tomorrow morning. Hopefully nothing else got blown when the PSU failed.

I'm still going to try and RMA the NZXT one with a super-friendly note and some candy and hopefully they'll replace it anyways. I'm going to put Swedish Fish Theory (and NZXT customer service) to the ultimate test.

Finally up and running again at full steam. VMware re-installed and folding bigadv again on the 2500K and GTX 460 is going too. Hopefully the GTX460 will start a new friggin WU after it finishes this one. If not anyone know a good source for the older Nvidia drivers? I know I had an older firmware that worked flawlessly awhile back and I only use the GPU for folding so I don't need the latest drivers.

GTX 460 is auto starting new WUs! Also the V7 client has a nice auto download new WU feature. It sends a request for a new WU when you reach a certain % complete. Wish I could get that working for some Bigadv in linux.

Pulled a 6901 this time on the 2500K so making ~53,000 PPD with the GTX 460. With a 6903 I should be able to put down ~71,000 PPD.

I thought Langouste only let you upload quickly to a proxy and then download a new WU? This has a WU ready to go when you finish the first.

Plus Langouste is a PITA, I have gotten it to get a new WU but it always screws up the sending of the finished WU. With decent UL/DL speeds I don't think its worth the headache. My rig is only idle ~5-10 min while it ULs and DLs.

I see that the GPU fetched a new WU, but the Nvidia site have the old drivers too, just select "Beta and archived drivers" in the drop down menu. You would want 258.96-266.58 if you revert.

As silvrr states Lang take over the uploading of a finished WU, it begin to work once you're finished folding a unit. And I agree with it not being worth the hassle as it can hold WU's hostage for several hours (worst case for me was a little over 7h). I don't use it nor recommend it and I have the slowest Internet in Sweden...

There's a V7 for Linux too, but I don't think our core fix script works with that.

Corefix changes the OS not the fahclient (as that would be illegal) it should work.
