When considering buying monitors "Dot pitch" is an important factor to consider.

Dot Pitch is basically the distance in millimeters between individual dots on a monitor screen. The smaller the dot pitch the better, since it allows for more dots to be displayed and better resolution. The dot pitch defines the resolution of a monitor.
The least you should be aiming at is 0.26mm, the one you're considering has 0.28mm, so it is a little less than the recommended.

It also has a Colour support of: 24-bit (16.7M colours), which isnt exactly all that good.

This is the site where i got it from:

Since you'll be gaming, I would advise you to look for something else, there is far better available on the market today.

Instead of what you currently have in mind, I would rather recommend this:
20.1" ACER AL2016WS

It is slighty bigger than that crap one and it isnt very much more expensive
