Ordering from Ncix.com would be cheaper, simply because you'd have to pay 15% sales tax on CanadaComptuers and Infonec because they are inside of Ontario. If you were to buy from Ncix.com it'd only be 7% (or 8%, can't remember) GST, which in the end would be cheaper then Infonec with 15%

NCIX - $998.03 * 7% = $69.87 + $998.03 = $1067.90
Infonec - $949 * 15% = $142.35 + $949 = $1091.35

man, just forget buying from online NCIX or tigerdirect.ca, just go to Ebay STORES. just make sure the store has DOA (dead on arrival) guarantee and at least a 30 day warranty. anything else on top of that is a plus. Of course It's a bit risquier but hey, you always have the warranty, you pay cheap and worst case scenario, you only pay shipping to send it back to replace it.

Update: That's where I bough my X2 3800 for 260 $ canadian and my A8NSLI premium for 169 $ canadian.

The x850xt is like 170 us including shipping and in canada its like 600 cad which means 350 or 400 "us" somethin like that. While 170 us dollars is like 190 CAD.But hey wait a min. I think also newegg.com kinda foolish too, they shud make international shipping NOT oversease just to canada since we are neighboures and let it break the hella outta the CADS stores. Its kinda waste of money and a sin in same time to buy items that r so cheap from country to another. Now i wana x850xt and its really sin to go buy it from ncix for douple of the price that newegg got, omg and ebay is not trustfull to be honest. So what should i do i mean pift....
my frd just bought one ATI X850XT platinum edition for 399.99 + taxes = 455.99 from future shop on 22nd. if you go bak there, i think you should be able to see it as well.
