I would definitely get Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste no matter what, there is absolutely no substitute for it.

I hope you are not getting confused about where the thermal grease goes. Reason I'm saying this is because the way your question is written it sounds like you think it goes inbetween the processor and the MOBO. The grease goes on top between the IHS and the HSF. You'd need dielectric grease to prevent pin-rot if you were going to go with a cooling solution that provided sub-zero temperatures, such as phase change. Just wanted to make sure that was clear.

It looks like a pretty decent build.

I've never been a fan of PSUs that come with the case, as soon as you find the funds I'd replace the one that comes with the case.

I know a guy who works at the local best buy, so i can get peddy stuff like a fan and stuff for free.

Also, are there any other Motherboards you knwo of that would be good as that for a lower price? im trying to save as much money as possible.

So far its 603 dollars for everything. But if i could bring that down to the 500's that would be excellent

Also with the 6800GS do you think i could run BF2 efficently?

To the guy above.... I am making this simply because the computer i have now BLOWS ****. And this would be a HUGE HUGE upgrade from what i have now.
