Your ram is running out of spec and is creating errors, you can slow it down by putting it on a divider. Not sure which bios version you are running but start with a 180 divider, that will bring the ram back a little bit. If you are planning on doing a reasonably high OC then you will have to set the ram on a bigger divider to keep it from being a problem. Check this link out, can be very handy, just put in ya specs and read the guide.
