I'm very new at computer mods and after 5 years of owning a dem 2350 my warranty has run out so I decided to mod the case.First I put in two 80mm fans. One on the side panel and one on the front.

front

Next I took out the old yellow leds and put in two red-orange leds I got from spare optical mouses.

After that I put the hardrive on the bottom of the case and rounded the the ide cables for the hd,cdr and dvd.

Finaly,I put in a two way switch for the fans voltage,5 and 12vdc.

Nice work. You might want to put a filter over that fan and maybe a fan grill as well. You can stretch some pantyhose over the fan and it will act as a filter with minimal effect on your air flow.

Nice work. I've been thinking bout messing with my dell 2350 case as well. Maybe I'll go for your two fan mods first, and maybe a window if I get brave (or stupid) later.

Ahh, another person I've seen who has defied the world of propietarity if that's a word. Nice work! Ya, you might wanna clean up the edges of the case, a litte sanding might be in order. However, don't if you don't plan on painting the case (which in my mind, won't look that great.) Great job so far!

I followed that guide but I didn't have any shrink tubes so I just used the cable ties.I think they look better than tape
