Right on, I'm guessing its a higher asic quality % card based on that VID. My GB 7870s do 1200mhz core at 1.21V, and the XFX 7870 is voltage locked at 1.22V.

That is pretty nice you have voltage control on the 270X, my MSI Gaming 270s have no voltage control in AB.

I'm temping on my R9 280x Toxic x2 for GPU-E and folding on my Evga GTX 780 for Nvidia running at 1293/1701 thumb.gif

AB gives me up to +100mV and that 1.19V was under folding load at the time so I assume that's all taht is needed for the stock clocks of 1080MHz. Its now set to +13mV with a power limit setting of +20% for 1202MHz. Don't know if that will remain stable yet, will have to wait and see.

Btw, the ASIC of my 270X is only 69.9%.

Oh mai. Nice clocks on that 780. I can't go higher than 1254mhz on these p1300x WUs.

Good luck, hopefully she's stable. I have my XFX going at 1200 MHz for the last few days, but that is at 1.22v no matter what. Its 73.8% asic. Haven't tried going higher on the core yet.

I'm not too worried about the ASIC of my card as I only really intend to fold on it and I haven't really OC'd folding hardware in the past. If this 1200MHz remains stable then that will be plenty for me. if not I'll just keep it at stock clocks for longevity (and even at stock it is still putting up more than double the PPD of my GTX 580)...
Can't wait to see how we do in August boys! Seems like I've been the one holding us back so far and if my rig can stay stable while getting twice the PPD of before and with Erick getting that 7970 up and running we should be much more formidable this month! will be interesting to see...
