Can I overclock a Asus P4S800D-X motherboard?

As you can see by my specs. i have a ASUS-P4S800D-X Motherboard,Well i just bought a P4-3.20E,I can get it to overclock at all,help PLZ

I really can't see that motherboard Overclocking too much due to the SIS chipset. I mean, the board really was made for value, not OC. You can't lock the AGP: PCI bus which is a major letdown. Did you try raising your FSB or how did you attempt to OC it?

i've been raising the clock speed 2 clicks at a time & it locks at 205,starting at 200.its really p.m.o.

Well your board isnt Overclock savy, and your ram?? PC2700 with a P4, you realy need to upgrade that, because my guess would be that is the main problem, and the board would be second. You need to update to some PC3200 or higher, so you can atleast run 1-1 with your CPU. The way I see it, until you change your ram and or board your not going to get very far if at all.

well thank you for your help,but i found out & fixed the problem, now i have it clock to a 3.80E. I had the DRAM Timing on (fast)set to (auto)now.& i had to loosen the ram.,ty all for your help.
