Viewsonic 2750w randomly shuts off

Thread Starter
I've got the Viewsonic 2750w HDTV as my PC monitor. Here recently it started just turning off randomly. All connections are secure, I've triple checked every single one. I've tried plug and play drivers and drivers directly from Viewsonic. The top of the display feels very warm where some vents are, wondering if it's overheating though I've never heard of such a thing. Any one got some ideas as to what's going on?

I have that monitor as my TV hooked up to my HTPC and the first one I had made a humming noise everytime it was turned on so I called them and they sent me a new one on advanced exchange. I just had to send them the old one when I got the new one. viewsonic even paid shipping both ways! (granted I had mine for less than a month though)

I'd say it's something faulty in the power, which should be good for a replacement
