Reset the cmos with the jumper. Or just pull out the battery from the mobo for a while the put back in and restart.
Unplug power supply first though.

fill out your specs in the user CP.....brand names, model #'s, etc. If you can give this info, you can definitely find the answer yer lookin for. YOu need to set your BIOS settings back to default. You do this buy clearing the CMOS on your mobo....but WE NEED YOUR SPECS

Well if this is your mobo, the battery is at the bottom left, the big silver thingy.

well first of all, evga boards suck, u probably got the one that came "free" with ur 7800gt which is even worse.

second, the jumper is the 2 pin connecter thats connected on an area with 3 pins sticking out, just take out the 2 pin and put it on the middle pin and the other pin for about 10 sec then put it back and it will reset.

what i just said is very confusing without pictures.. good luck lol
