WIN 7 index rating ssd

Hey guys i checked my index rating with my sig rig and ssd intel v 40gb and im wondering why its the lowest score on my index of 7.2 everything is 7.5s..... when i installed the ssd it really diddnt seem any faster than my cav blacks i had in the past actually it seems slower anyone know why????

Sequential Access - Read up to 170MB/s
Sequential Access - Write up to 35MB/s

35 MB/s for writes. That's slow

is the ssd your boot drive? The ssd is underrated

sorry i diddnt clarify i am meaning the reads i know that the writes are slow......for example my boot time before was in the 40s (cav blk) now in the 50s (ssd)
