xeon 2.8 inwindale... three models? what's the diff?

newegg.com sells 3 different models of this processor. I have no clue what the difference is between the three, besides the last 2 letters of each model number. Anyone with info?

EDIT: Okay, I looked at the bigger pictures on newegg's website, and the boxes say passive, 1U, and active... is it talking about the hsf?

Yes, they are referring to the type of cooler on those I believe.
