I have the vdimm at 3.3v for 250 but need 3.5v for 265mhz
I'm not in 1:1 ratio - to do this you would most likely need some memory with TCCD chips, but their timings aren't as good. You would need to reach 275mgz for 3.0ghz in 1:1 ratio with a 11x multi & 275 fsb or something that could reach 300mhz for 3.0ghz in 1:1 ratio with a 10x multi & 300 fsb.
I can get the cpu to 3.0 with both the 11x abd 10x multi.

the only thing with this memory is if you can't give it the voltage then it ill not overclock very far. (example at 3.0v maybe could get 220)

yes at least 3.3v for 250 then for 265 you would need to pump 3.5-3.6v
I'm not in 1:1 ratio with them. would need then to do 270 to get 2.97ghz on the cpu. 265 in 1:1 only gets you to 2.915ghz

that would be up to you. if you want 2.9 or closer to 3.0
Both are good overclocks either way.
