Considering the volts you are running at that isnt too bad. I would assume the water cooling woul dmake it a bit cooler but it looks good to me.

I keep on hearing about 1:1 ratio for cpu to mem well here is exactly what it say s in my advanced chipset features:

K8 <-> NB HT speed 5x
NB --> SB ht speed 4x
NB <-- SB ht speed 4x
K8 <-> NB HT Width 16 16
NB <-> SB HT Width 16 16

now i understand k8 = cpu nb= northbridge and sb = southbridge
i have no clue what the width is all about
anyway.. 4x or 5x meaning the multiplier? dunno please throw some insight in there.. not sure how to do this mem ratio thing

using an abit AN8 32X

hmm your ht needs to be x4 if you are overclacking, might want to put it on x4. As you raise the FSB you dont want you HT to go much over 1000 since 233 fsb x5 = 1165. For a divider best to put it on 166/333 so that its clocked lower and not at a 1:1 ratio. If your mobo has 180/360 divdier then that might be better. If your mobo doesnt say 166mhx divider then it might say 5:6 divider and thats whay youll want. Diff ones have diff listings.

i think your voltage is way too high for a 2.8 overclock. i O.C my chip to 2.9 with 1.5v..and very stable. i suggest you get a better water cooling (swiftech) if you want to get better temp at those high voltage.
