Funny I know someone that has the exact same motherboard and problem as you. That moterboard just doesn't like to overclock. We've tried hundreds of things to get it past 240mhz but it never worked either. So I think your just stuck. But have you increased your Vcore? that helped us a bit when we finnaly got that board to 245 and stopped messing with it.

On some boards If your memory is set to 1t command rate it will not go past 240, try 2t and see if that helps.

I did it and nothing man, i cant reach 2.2ghz with this motherboard, this sempron should reach 2.4ghz without problems, is there a possibility that some jumper or something in the motherboard is limiting my Overclocking?,

Maybe you just reached the limits of that cpu. They are not all the same, one will not oc as well or the same as the other. Have you put your memory on a divider and see what your max fsb is?

What about the HyperTransport. If you're over 800 by too much it will cause probs. Did you check the BIOS for an LDT Multi? I'm not too familiar with Sempron OCing, but that's usually an issue with 939 Athlons.

One can only expect good overclocks from good overclocking motherboards. They are created with the enthusiast in mind.

That board was never created for the enthusiast in mind. Just because it has very high FSB settings does not mean that the board will allow you to access them with stability. This is why you see so many people here with the better boards. We have learned that if you pay for low end boards you get low-end performance.
