First of all, if you're shopping online. I guarantee that www.newegg.com will be cheaper than bestbuy. If you're planning on using that system for gaming, think of upgrading to at the minimum a Geforce 6600GT, preferable a 6800GT. Do not buy that case at bestbuy, although an orange paint job with the lighting would look incredible. You could just buy an orange case Don't get 3 gig of memory it'll actually hurt your overclocking. And why not think about cooling. Some Zalman's would do nice, especially since you plan on overclocking. Your (not to mention the pc) room's going to feel like an oven if you don't do something to cool it.

- Don't get it, do you really need a file server? Buy something more cool, and or efficient. (if you want later after I get home from school, I can help you out, pm me if you want)
BFG Nvidia 6200 Graphics Card PCI - I allready have
-Not too bad, since you already have it..so no changing that

Not Sure What MotherBoard I want
-Get a DFI one, probably one of the higher end ones. (can help you pick it out)
2 20 MM Fan or Somthing like that.
- For what? Your case? If so, I reccommend getting fans of all the same size, and at least 80mm
Sleeving - Orange
-Baaah, get blue
Black Lighting, and Blue Lighting
- Go with one, because they may interfer with eachother.
Orange Paint Job
-oK...well, your decesion
20" LCD Moniter
-woah, now thats what I'm talking about!
Basic Speakers For Now
-yeah speakers aren't really too important.
Windows XP
-Good choice
Overclock Everything
-Prolly a good Idea.
2 maybe 3 Gigs of memory
-go with 2gigs of dual channel OCZ ram you won't find dual channel 3gigs of ram. So yeah 2gigs OCZ.
Also, make sure to build it based on what you would use it for, and if you want AMD/Intel

You really don't need a 20" LCD, so I suggested a 17". 20" would be overkill unless you do some hardcore gaming and get a $500 graphics card. Actually, you really don't need that monitor at all. If you have a CRT sitting around, just go with that. Also, I went with 1 gig of RAM instead of 2 gigs because it sounds like you're on a budget. I hope this helps.

First of all don't get a rosewill case or PSU, find a case without a PSU and choose your own to go there. You will find many recomendations on here. Bottom line is that 20-30$ you save on that PSU will cost you dearly in the long run. Think of names such as PC power and cooling, OCZ, sunbeem (proper spelling?) Also as much as I love western digital, the faster hard drive for the same cost will be a maxtor diamond max 10. I like ASUS motherboards but I don't know much about that one. My A8N-E is a good one though. As far as sound cards go stick with the onboard if you are budget minded, if not get the Audigy 2 gamer edition or the Xi Fi music edition. But hey, don't take my word for it, but I am sure there are those on here who will agree.

Yeah go with him. He SEEMS to know what he is saying. LOL, yeah I couldn't aggree more with him. Be sure to spend the MOST on these, parts:
1. Processor (prolly get an AMD 3700 venice)
2. Ram. Get some OZC
3. PSU

Stuff you could prolly cheap out on:
1. Case
2. Sound card
3. Possibly mobo
4. Stock hs

#1 - Don't buy from bestbuy

#2 - If you are going to OC, don't skimp on a PSU, PSU's that come with cases are ok for normal use in most cases, but not for OCing.

#3 - If this is an AMD build, would be best to post it in the AMD section. Otherwise, I recomend;

Intel 920 Dual Core CPU - $253.00

ASUS P5WD2-E-Premium - $218.99

Corsair XMS 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 675 (PC2 5400) - $238.00

Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 SATA NCQ 3Gb/s ST3160812AS 160GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s - $83.00

BFG Tech Geforce 7800GT - $299.00

NZXT GUARDIAN OR Orange - $59.99
Pull the PSU and keep it as a spare for testing and emergencies, or sell it

RAIDMAX RX-630 ATX12V/ EPS12V 630W Power Supply - $108.99

Swiftech H20-120 H20-120 PREMIUM CPU Liquid Cooling Kits - $194.99

TOTAL
$1255.96 + Shipping

Now that system would rock, if you don't want to eat for a few extra months, switch the 920 to a 940.

LOL, hey, that's not a case I would use either, but you said you wanted orange.

You can always get something else and paint it orange as you mentioned, but that's gonna cost a lot to get a good job done, or a lot of time if you are skilled enough to paint that well. Painted a computer is like painting a car, you want it to last and look great.
