Its a Cooler Master Error.. It has been acknowledged and fixed by the company now but there are those LOT of cases out there.

I tried the method shown and it didn't help so I just removed the entire I/O part and filed a parts claim with coolermaster, I didn't encounter the issue till I tried plugging my iPhone into the front USBs and I was like ***? So tried it again an figured it was a short in the panel, I'm tired of fiddling with it so hopefully coolermaster gets me a new top end for me asap cause it look ugly without the circuit board in.

i still have 23days to return my haf x to micro center. i havent open all my components right now. i dont wanna take a chance for haf x to burn my expensive motherboard this time.. cant believe this CM Cause my almost 1 month waste of time returning all my components and spending money for the shipping.. if i only knew it was cm haf x cause it. i should just call coolermaster have them pay for all the damage they done to me.
Is it their fault you returned EVERYTHING? No, you need to learn how to troubleshoot my friend.

I filed a parts claim with cooler master but I seem to be getting the cold shoulder apparently, no response from anyone, I was on the phone for 30min waiting in queue the message kept saying there was 1 person in front of me then it just cut me off and put me straight to voice mail -_-

also when their live chat support stated they were online not even 20seconds ago im sitting in queue for that as well and then bam disconnected saying no1 is online to help when it clearly stated operators we're online? what kind of corp drops customers.

I'm getting furious >:[

Just bought a new HAF X. Did they release a new rev. for the case? Does anyone know if there's a way to check which rev. is my copy without taking off the front panel?

I am also planning to buy this case but I don't want something which causes problems.
