@OP- Nice build, too bad I missed it but from the pictures in the original post its awesome. Congrats on the accomplishments as well, from me, random guy on the internet don’t ever let your accomplishments get ahead of your willingness to keep striving for success, the moment you rely on what you have done to supply you with the next step is the moment you fall. Take that for what it is worth from someone who got out of high school at 15, was working at a software company at 16, by 22 was unemployed, nearly crippled and threw & coughed up blood every morning from so much drinking and smoking and now at 27 drives a 1982 Dautsun 280zx and is trying to rebuild and support a family.

@the hyper critical masses- Your tenure on this earth doesn’t have a direct correlation with your success anymore, the younger generation has much greater access to information/knowledge then those of us in the generation that grew up before the internet, coupled with the fact that the young mind is more likely for striking and innovative idea's because it has yet to be tainted by the oppression of everyday life and how things are "supposed to be" its surprising we don’t hear more about successful people under the age of 18.

If we could regain even in some small way a piece of that youthful exuberance and abstract thinking we had when we were younger we all probably be more successful than we are today. The key is maintaining a balance between the wisdom (which doesn’t necessarily come from age) and that aforementioned abstract thought while keeping your head screwed on tight enough to not slip or misstep in your own success.

Again OP, nice work, keep aiming high

nice work ! any chance of a video on youtube or something? i missed the live stream ! how did you manage to set up the 7 monitors after? with 2 x gtx480's, gtx 460, pcie raid card and the xonar sound card i dont think an extra 9500gt would fit sorry ! why not swap the gtx 460 for some type of radeon 5xxx series card and use eyefinity for the remaining 3 monitors? and i understand you don't need the 2 x Xeon's an SR-2 would give but surely the 48gb of ram the SR-2 would give would be useful?

P.S. from one 16 year old schoolkid to another 15 year schoolkid, i love physics and maths aswell! between those 2 subjects you can do pretty much any great job you want!! i want to work on designing nuclear fusion reactors to solve the world's energy crisis so here is still chasing your dream !!!! go for it mate !!

You really didn't read much of this thread did you? He's using the system for actual work not just for S&Gs. If you use everything the system has to offer in it how is it wasting money? Not only is he using it for work now, he's set for many many years down the road.
