Cpu cooler choice

Thread Starter
I need help guys , here in my country I managed to find only these coolers for
my cpu :
1 Zalman 7700 cu
2 Asus starice
3 Asus Silent square (comes straight from USA, or so my retailer says)
who do you think should be the best between these ones.
Please don't say the BT because I can't find one. I'm thinking about the silent square but I can't find a review about it anywhere.
Thx in advance for your replies

Out of those 3 I'd say the Zalman. Don't get the Starice, not that good of performance for the sound it puts out.
I don't if you can find an Arctic Cooling Freezer, but it would be a good one also, better than the Zalman, I think.

I dont know anything about the others, so I cant judge, but I know from expiriance that the Zalman is a great cooler. I have used many Zalman products and have yet to be disapointed.

yeah, the zalman beats all of those things. Just make sure that it fits on ur mobo! I had plans on buying one but the day before my order, i found out that it didnt fit on my mobo due to some rather large capacitators next to the CPU socket. Seemed like i went for the CNPS9500 instead which is actually better, too bad you cant aqquire it there in albania

Maybe you would be interested in buying my Zalman 9500?

It was my idea to get the zalman right from the begining, but the only thing that kept me from doing so was this baby :
the Asus silent square http://www.frostytech.com/permalink.cfm?NewsID=49224 they are actually out of stock everywhere

An advantage of that cooler is the 10 heatpipes, but a great disadvantage is that it is not made of copper. Seems like it is made of aluminum.

I would say the Zalman; copper is the best thermal conductor for how much it costs.

I will go for Zalman too. Right now, I am using Zalman 7700-Cu, and happy with it for the installation and preformance.

9500 will be my next upgrade target.

Cheers
