Not at all ,it just tells you that in the future you could do it. I just picked that one because its an asus and theyre the most reliable.
Edit: I also thought since this is a dell that the case is customized. But i jsut took a look and you should have no problem fitting the psu and mobo in there.

Is that motherboard a good overclocker? btw im an ATI fan
I think Im going for the Silverstone 600W instead. Seems stable enough.

Im sure about the heatsink and the PSU im not sure about the motherboard. If you say that is a good motherboard for overclocking for that price Ill go with it. Might turn in to an Nvidia fan boy later on and get SLI
What about the DFI, just asking ?
