I got the same exact card, I got from stock 350/400 to 460/660 just by attaching 2 x 80mm fans to the passive heatsink.

Use coolbits 2.0, http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=815, because it is the easiest overclocking tool for nvidia cards.

I assume you have the latest nvidia forceware, the thing that lets you adjust everything. Downlaod a file called coolbits. Google it, its small. Then itll ask you to add it to ur registry, say yes. Then when you start up the forceware theres gonna be an overclocking utility. Go up by incriments of 5mhz, then scan for artifacts with atitool(http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/235).
Run artifact for 15-20 minutes, and if nothing goes wrong, keep gonig up and repeaying steps. Once it artifacts, go back 5 mhz and theres your max oc with the card.
Edit: Damn, he beat me to it. By the way, welcome to the forum. Go to usercp at the top of the page and put in your system specs.
