I keep getting an error when i'm trying to play this game or change options.

some PCBL error. if anyone knows and can help out that would be great.

doesn't look like i can take a SS its all white :/ HELP!

Try updating punkbuster. Also, use fraps to capture screenshots. I believe the key is F10, to a capture in-game screenshot.
