So I've narrowed it down to these 2 models, I was able to get great deals on both but one has run out.. The situation is this. An ebay store had the proline 750's on sale for 159.99, free shipping continental us. Unfortunately they've run out of stock and I'm left to buy the HFI 780's for the same price.
Has anyone ever owned both and compared them? I'll be using them for movies, music and games. Trance, some gothic metal, death metal I guess, classic rock, rap, almost every genre.
The problem is, I can't really wait for the pro 750's unless I absolutely know they're a tremendously better headphone because as it stands I'm not able to have them shipped to be, shipping to Canada is $40, + border fees. So I'm going down to Ogensburg, New York for some shopping and to pick them up.
Is it worth it to hold out or should I snatch up the HFI 780's while I can?
