hey red,

just finished trying those settings, they almost worked, got a BSOD between the "starting windows" screen and the "logon" screen.

also had some slight confusion with 2 of the settings:

qpi link speed - x18 - my bios only has the following settings (the hz are taken from your settings)

auto = 7.2ghz
slow mode = 100mhz
x36 = 7.2ghz
x44 = 8.8ghz
x48 = 9.6ghz

command rate = 1T

my bios doesnt show letters, only numbers.

0 = auto

leave qpi on auto

and command rate = 1

try a lil higher on the qpi pll voltage and VTT

hey red, i didnt have any luck with that either, im going to replace the ram with some triple channel stuff, could you recommend some that will run close to 2000mhz with 6GB/12GB installed?

I doubt the RAM is the issue, if you think it is,
increase DRAM voltage a few points, and see if the errors go away.
I also have trouble running my i7's at 2000 mhz CAS 9 or less, even with command rate = 1

i was just thinking maybe a different motherboard, anyone got any ideas on a decent LGA1366 supporting atleast 6GB ram and 3-way SLI?

edit: sata 3 is a must too
