well i decided to build one just got some of the parts today

cpu: i7-930 (getting from microcenter)
mobo: gigabyte X58A UD3R http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128423

grfx card: 5770 xfx
case: LIAN LI Lancool PC-K56W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811112236
hdd: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136113
cpu cooling: h50 p/p
(plan on getting a full loop when i get the money

reusing the grfx card psu and cpu cooler from my other comp
got mobo ram dvd burner in today

The only thing that stands out to me is the timings for your ram. I hope you can get CAS 7 at 1.65v since they are rated for 9 at 1.5-1.6v.

What fans are on your H50? I made a shroud out of a cheap 120mm fan that goes between the push fan and the radiator and it lowered my temps by a few degrees.

New PSU in the future, right? Everything else looks really good. When you get a full loop, the motherboard may not hold up if you try for higher 24/7 clocks (4.5GHz or more). Mine hits a BCLK wall where you need more PCI frequency and more vcore when you hit 200 BCLK.

a friend of mine got em for his i7 and he droped his load temps by like 10C at 4 ghz
iv been using em for a wile and doing good for me

and i just made a shroud from a old fan

ook, the power supply should be fine because you have extra wattage though.
