I've used all my ports.
1. External hard drive
2. External hard drive
3. Tablet
4. Mouse
5. Keyboard
6. Shuttle (video editing)
7. Card Reader
8. iPhone
9. xbox 360 controller
and then I've got my cam deck hooked up via firewire.
Luckily my printer is hooked up through my router. I'd have no space for it.

1. Mouse
2. Keyboard
3. iPod
4. Phone
5. USb headset adapter (for some reason, the only audio in linux sees)
6. External HDD
7. Camera/card reader
8. USB fridge (was a gag gift, but surprisingly useful)
9. Belkin n52te
10. Wacom tablet
11. Power to my DP->DVI adapter

Of course, I have a four port hub on each of my monitors, so it's not hard. And some, like the camera/phone/iPod/hdd aren't always plugged in, but that also doesn't include the USB keys I use

Edit: Looks like I'm in the lead so far
