I agree. First I would run memtest86. You may need to bump your nbridge voltage. Having all four mem slots populated takes just a bit more juice.
Memory servers the pci e lanes and the memory controller are all on the nbridge.

The fact that it's crashing when you're gaming is really all that's important, and that's what you need to fix.
Although I doubt it's your psu causing this, which one do you have exactly?
