New budget build which vga?

Hey im helping my friend and his brother build 2 pc's. Basically gonna be identical, both using AMD 64 3000+ Venice, along with 1 gig of duel channel pc3200 memory. Havent decided on mobo yet. My main concern is whats a good graphics card to go with? Take in mind these guys dont OC at all, nor will likely to do that in the future. So whats a good decent VGA card for these guys? These guys are looking to spend roughly $50-100 per card. Any suggestions?

That sounds like a good deal.
The X800GTO is a little better than the 6600 GT, and I had the 6600 GT which was not bad at all, just that I didn't like the 128-bit and 128MB of RAM but for $106.75 is the right choice.

Great I have an idea about vga cards, but now I need to find a decent mobo for these guys. Any ideas for a decent mobo supporting pci-e along with 939 socket cpu?
