6200 Power?

Thread Starter
Does any one know if the xfx 6200 needs to be pluged into the power supply? I currently have a xfx 5200 that doesn't need external power. Just wondering cause I'm sure my crappy sony 266watt power supply couldn't handle it if it did.

A 6200 isnt too much more powerful than a 5200 so it doesnt use much more power.
Very nice!

It doesn't need a power connector. I don't think you start using one until the PCI-e 6800's or AGP 6600GT.
