First off Welcome to the site. If you have the options in the bios then raise the fsb un tell it won't boot to windows, then if you can up the vcore to make it stable. just keep your loaded temps below 55c.

Welcome to the site!! Don't forget to fill out your system specs by going to the User CP at the top of the page. Makes everything neater and easier to read for everyone and saves you time to not retype your specs everytime you post.

I have looked in BIOS and the only thing I see to do with overclocking CPU is something called AI overclock and it says it will auto adjust all settings for overclocking. I have a choice of 5% 10% 20% & 30%

I tried the 10% and logged into windows and my CPU is now @ 2.42 instead of the usual 2.20. Everything seems to be working ok apart from a 1-5 celcius raise in CPU temp.

I have AGP volt @ 1.8v, CPU @1.76, RAM @ 2.65

This ok u think?

There should be a way to manually adjust these settings, you may need to set something to manual to do it.

Sorry you're are right. This Mobo has funny way of adjusting the setting, you have to use +/- keys to adjust.

He has an Athlon XP, thats a socket A cpu. They need way more volts than Athlon64's do.
