Replacing broken MSI Neo4-F

I need a motherboard suggestion. I've got a 3800 X2 Manchester, 1 gig of Corsair XMS Platinum CL2, ran 2.5, 3, 4, 8, 2T @ 260 Mhz on my MSI Neo4-F, and a 6600GT. In the future I'll upgrade to a new video card (hopefully DX10) and possibly more RAM, probably 2x1 Gig sticks. Also, I'm going to want to get a PhysX card when they are utilized. What motherboard would pull all of the stops out of this combination of hardware? I've got $121.87 credit at Newegg.

Does anybody know anything about the upcoming PhysX card? Will it be PCI or PCI-E? I need to know because that will effect my choice between a full ATX and microATX board. Most uATX boards only have 1 PCI-E x16, 1 PCI-E x1 and 2 PCI slots. I have 3 SATA HDD's, too. If the board (like most uATX) only has 2 SATA connections, than I'll have to also get a PCI SATA controller card. That only leaves 1 PCI slot open, which may be used for a sound card. If I go full ATX, I'll generally have at least 1 more PCI slot for the PhysX card. So again, is there any information about the upcoming PhysX card??
