Don't you have to overclock the CPU to a 250fsb to achive DDR500? At least that's what I had to do.

There was no devider to run my DDR400 modules at DDR500 speeds, even though I was able to hit DDR500 when I OC'd my cpu from 4.0ghz to 4.20ghz.

In the bois setting for the P4P800-E, there is a setting for DDR 500. I just wonder if you did not oc'ing it, can just set this with PC4000.

I have try it, but not working.

Would like someone to give a hint to utilitize this ?
