HP Heatsink Thermal Pads

Thread Starter
I have a hp laptop. I see that it uses thermal pads for the gpu and chipset. I have ordered some startech heatsink thermal pads, but they are not thick enough to fit between the heatsink and the gpu like the original. The original thermal pads are about 1.25mm thick. Where can I get the thermal pads?

Are they the metal kind or the kind that are like clay?

I've had success sticking two of the latter together in a friend's laptop.
