Suggestion:

Make sure the 20/24 pin in mobo is straight into mobo. Mine kept shutting down because it was ****eyed to the side. Rerouted and all better.

i just reseated power connectors all seated perfect should i maybe take out the extra 4 pin part and plug in just 20 pin portion MB manual says you can

put it on a floppy, format the floppy to boot and put the memtest.exe in it and run it.

lol ya get whatcha pay for...but for memtest, the way to tell if your memory is bad, just look for a crapload of errors, who knows your ram may not have enough voltage going through it.
