I have a WC setup, with the serious fans (Delta AFB1212VHE) in two crucial locations for summer time, One pulling air through my RX120 rad in the back and the other as the exhaust for my HDD's in the front of my case.

My rig has a huge 140MM for a front intake, its a low speed, silent fan, for the bottom intake, I have a Papst 120X38MM fan, it spins about 3500-4000 rpm, its very loud. I have 2 80X25(i think) nmb's in the back of the case, both of which are 3500 RPM, and 1 80X25(i think) NMB in the top of my case, it just has different blades, and spins slower. The 2 NMB's on the back of my case are server fans. All of the fans in my case are ball bearing except the side fan, and the front 140. The internal ambient temp stays about the same as the ambient temp of my room. And the Papst tends to suck stuff up, so I have to be very careful not to let small pieces of metal get near it. My dad complains about how loud it is if I leave my door open when running it, and I thought it was loud til I came across this thread.

Dell machines have Nidec Beta V's in them. They are awesome fans, and I know a place where I can buy them up by the dozen for like a buck a pop!
