How far did you up the voltage for the CPU, MEM? If you didn't up your MEM voltage that may be your problem.
Do you have a divider on your memory? your memory can handle lower frequencies while the cpu stays at a higher speed?

CPU volts went up to 1.55....MEM volts went to 2.8/9(cant remember which)

I have DDR400 mem running at 167mhz...

at 167MHz you shouldnt need Vdimm increase....you'd only need it if you're having issues running above 200MHz.

my DDR400 is running@236Mhz with Vdimm 2.8V and timings 2.5-3-3-7

if your RAM is at 167MHz I'm assuming you've set it to 266 (133)....try 333 (166).

it'd also be handy if you told us your fsb and mult......you may need to reduce your HT multiplier to 4 or 3 (not sure if Winchester has x5 or x4...my Sempron has x4 so I've had to reduce it to x3)

let us know a bit more info about specific settings you;ve tried and we may be able to give you a bit more help

If you have the ram on a divider as mentioned above at 166 then the ram could just come into play again and could be a problem. Do some reading up first on a few things and we can go from there The winnie's aren't the best clockers but you still should be able to get maybe 2300 - 2500 on air loaded given you can keep the temps under control. After about 2400 the winnie is most likely going to get very power hungry and then you will get heat issues surely.

After 250 HTT (fsb) put ya ratio at 3x to keep HT speeds at bay.

Welll since you have DDR400, and you're running UNDER DDR400 speeds, that'd mean that you need to take your ram voltage DOWN (2.6). (try that)

Yes the HT ratio should be at 3X for over 250, some will run a bit higher than others but to play it safe and not have the mobo in the way of a good OC 3X id the go Once you get the CPU OC sorted and you are happy with it then you can move on to the getting the RAM up to speed. Can you get a screenshot with CPU-Z of your setttings.
