How to use software overclocking.

Alright, I think I'm going to try and overclock my system with software, as my BIOS is awful. I've figured out my PLL info, but now I need to know what software to use. Clockgen doesn't like my PLL it seems, so that is out. Info below.

That BIOS seems to be fine buddy, ya better off doing the tweaking in the BIOS than in Windows.

Thats for nf3, he has a socketA athlon xp via chipset board. laboitenoire, if you find a solution to this please post or pm me, I have a friend thats been trying to oc that hunk of....I digress, lol.

Hmmm... Nothing seems to work. ClockGen doesn't like my PLL, SETFSB doesn't even support my chipset... Every time I try to overclock via the BIOS it seems like I can get less and less. Current best possible speed is 1.75GHz, but that is unstable even a little. I don't know what to do.

software works alright for me, i've got an hp and i oced my 3800 X2 Toledo with cpu cool and clock gen to 2.3 ghz, and its stable, oh and cpu cool has a whole hell of a lot of pll options, i'd try that if i were you.
