Just because you do not like my opinion does not give you the right (or forum etiquette) to tell me what to say or not.

And yes, you are being what you are not trying to be. If I told you not to blindly say that DFi sucks at the mATX level I would be doing the same thing and being what you say you are not trying to be yet are being.

The Biostar is the way to go. It has great OC features with auto for the noobs and manual OC for the more PC savy people. I did purchse the 754 edition but was unable to boot with a A64 DTR 2800+. Keep this in mind when you choose the processor i am unsure about the DFI and the mobile support but if you want/have a mobile you might want to go with the DFI

I have and have used all the mentioned mother boards in this thread, out of all I get a better overclock with stability with the DFI, any cpu that I have gives more in the DFI, I use 3700+Newark, MT-40 Turion, 3400 Newcastle, 3200 Clawhammer, 3100Sempron, 2800 Clawhammer, 2800 Mobile, All of these cpu's were in differant mother boards mentioned in this thread, not one performed very good in those motherboards, So now there all in DFI's

I've heard many good things about the biostar, I have a 6100-939 myself and I love the OCing options. I'll try to find you a link that lists some 754 boards and their OCing options and you can choose.

Edit\\\\ Link here Definately go with the Biostar
I got my 3500+ to 2.95 give or take with this board!! This is the best mATX bored out!
